  • Drug Induced Death 46,471
  • Falls 30,208
  • Alcohol Induced Death 29,001
  • Handguns 5,782
  • Knives or cutting instruments 1,490
  • Personal weapons (hands, fists, feet, etc.) 687
  • Blunt objects (clubs, hammers, etc.) 428
  • Rifles (Including Assault Rifles) 285

…So why are we, as a nation freaking about about Assault Rifles?  I call BS on anyone saying “it’s about the lives”.  One minutia of critical thinking shows that Assault Rifle deaths compromise one of the smallest categories of death.
